I have a new that makes me want to change my poll answers

I voted Germany in Men and China in Women,

With what I know now, I'd like to change my vote on men. MAYBE THIS WILL BE SPAIN YEAR. (men, of course) women team still pending on FIH decision, if they go still feel they will be fighting not to be the last ones.

The thing is... the only country having the same surface than beijing is ...Spain. Only Germany will be playing 2 days there...

    (Jerome, Terrassa, Federative Stadium)

the rest of teams will start using that slower surface, offering big bumping actions, getting closer to...ah... GRASS..., in Beijing.

    the little details...

I believe he's making a joke at the whole "let's return to grass" thread elsewhere. I thought it was quite hysterical. ;)

Not really. The surface is slower and makes strange bumps and rebumps, sometimes swallows the sticks and it's more hockey and less indoor hockey than the last version on astroturf, so common in te resto of thhe world. Spain bought one of these surfaces just to train.

Contramowly, I'm not sure that's correct??? Advanced Polymer Technology Australasia/Sports Technology International prepared and installed the turf for Beijing. The synthetic grass type they're using is Poligras 2000 SLR which is the same as they used in Sydney 2000/Melbourne Commonwealth Games in 2006/etc etc. You'll find the same surface in all capital cities in Australia.

    Edit: Grammar

NOPE, Federative Stadium is in the city of Terrassa besides the Olympic Stadium.

    Very easy to park!!!
