Anyone going to be buying the NES classic when it's released by Nintendo?
Thinking about it, so far the prices for pre-booking been a bit high here in Sweden
I like the look of it i'm very tempted
I love the idea of this one. Some great old school games on there!
@Stikklebrik yeah I think it will definitely appeal to nostalgic people, I love that its small enough to throw in a rucksack and take over to a mate's house and get a few games of whatever takes your fancy!
isnt it a set of games? and no option to install/download/buy more? (based on http://www.cnet.com/uk/products/nintendo-nes-classic-edition/) why not let you download nintendo classic games from their store, I will buy old games for it if the ones i want are not included
yeah its 30 games and you can't use memory cards or download any others, so you are stuck with the bare 30 but these are the games that come with it ( for everyone that hasn't looked it up!):
Castlevania II: Simon's Quest
Donkey Kong Jr.
Double Dragon II: The Revenge
Ghosts 'n Goblins
Mega Man 2
Punch-Out!! Featuring Mr. Dream
Super Mario Bros.
Super Mario Bros. 2
Super Mario Bros. 3
The Legend of Zelda
Zelda II: The Adventure of Link
You had me at Zelda.......(and Mega man......and Mario bros 1, 2 &3.....and.....)
Ghost Recon wild lands looks great
I have bought some new toys
a playseat with steeringwheel shifter etc and two pinball machines, so it is not to tricky to get the guys in the team over.
Championship Manager 03/04 since the day it was released
Atm battlefield 1 & Call of duty 3
Took a punt with No Mans Sky for £14 now that it has the mega update, just borrowed Resident Evil 7 and my mates PS VR so that should be interesting.
Anyone here play CSGO? Or ARK survival Evolved?
Kerbal Space Program has been sitting in my 'will play eventually' backlog for quite some time. (As have many other games, there's easily enough for a couple of years of full time gaming at last count).
Finally started playing it this week, and it is awesome. Also very pretty:
Thumping through PLayerunknown's Battlegrounds right now and loving it.
$40 for an alpha build seems kind of steep. Does look more interesting than the average FPS though.
Oh definitely, but if you like Battle Royale games it seems to be the best of that trend right now.
Currently got the BioShock Collection. Most of the way through 1 so only 2 and infinite to (re)play. I have perfected getting the bairn to sleep on my shoulder while I play (big success!)
Also on BF1 and before that fallout 4.
On the list of things that take up most of my time at the moment you will also find Pokemon Go (still!) and Pocket Morty's (as of last night - already hilarious).
We are big gamers at my house as well. Each one of us has the Nintendo 3DS - great for road trips and traveling. We have a Wii U and the PS4. LoZ is popular at my house. I have a triforce tattoo and my dog is named Impa.
Im currently playing The Legend of Zelda: The Breath of the Wild. I have a love/hate relationship with the game. Its totally different from all the other games and I'm starting to adjust to the open world concept. It took me 4 months to beat The Windwaker HD so I'm guessing at least a year to beat BOTW.
Did you manage it to get it running on Windows 10 or using an older system? I saw a lot of notes from people who had bought BioShock on steam talking about crashing issues, same reason I haven't tried Fallout 3
