How ridiculous was the fuss about that?
So... Fox and Lewers leave Holcombe today... the first of many?
Also heard Gareth Andrews, James Stedman and Richard Lane all leaving too...!
When I first saw it my mind immediately jumped to "did he just... that was stupid", to be honest whether he meant it or not I can see why some may have been offended by it. I also wonder how differently we would treat it in this country had we been occupied, or if John Cleese had never turned it into caricature...
But it was clearly a mic drop! He even dropped his stick while doing it. You'd have to work very hard to be offended by that. (And I speak as one who regularly reports tweets and FB posts that I consider to be racist. I am the very definition of a liberal snowflake.)
The alternative thought is he was dabbing, which I would have no problem with prosecuting...
Gareth and James have
Fake news surely
I'd also argue Holland is probably not the best place to do anything even remotely close to the old salute...
Lesson learnt hopefully!
Forever shall be known by this going forwards

I think there maybe still more leaving Holcombe accounding to the rumour I heard last week.
Such as? Details! We need details!
My first ever "scoop" and you want me to blow it all on one article!?
I have deals lined up for serialisation, tv, radio, podcasts, blogs and vlogs etc.
Too busy catching zeds and rays in the garden to be bothered with piffling details anyway couldn't someone just ask Holcombes press chappie for the full expose (but not till after i have made by millions via my new media fame)
James and Gareth have left the club and received well deserved presentations at the end if season dinner. A new, yet to be announced, arrival has joined. Everything else is is just rumour.....but that's ok it's a rumour thread.
David South. Holcombe -> Wapping. You heard it here first.
Will he be reporting into you or will Wapping's hierarchy be changing to accommodate him?
It's at this point I need to leave the conversation - have fun.
Actually I will just say he has definitely signed for Holcombe next season because it will be his 40th year as Chairman and I think that is noteworthy.
