Hey guys, so started playing indoor but struggling with short corners, I know that you either stay or go straight to the flicker but outside of that I'm clueless, kinda struggling with saving the corners.
    Any advice would be appreciated.

Another decent tip (if you consider yourself somewhat fast) is to rush out and perform a slide if you reckon the flicker isn't the fastest flicker. However if you know that you're facing a good flicker I would say it's better to stay on your feet.

Following the post above - never slide when facing the first flicker. This is rendering you useless in this defense and it also means that it's 90% goal if the opposition can pass the ball around.

Always try to be fast but then stay on your feet and try to stop before the attacker shoots. Make your posture and be big then if he plays a pass try to cross it or at least save the flick from left/right possition.

Generally try to slide as little as possible (even if you're at the sides of the D pressing on a forward).

I've been told not to slide if I can help it at any point and to stay on my feet for as long as possible, especially at short corners, so far the videos provided have really helped and I made some great stops from shorts so far. :)

Also it's important to have decent indoor shoes if possible. The good grip really helps the keepers, you can get good 50 cm of distance when going for the ball just from having good grip with the pitch.

Put a moist rag near your goal (outside of it) so you and your defenders can clean your soles when needed. ;)
