what is the beat formation to defend an indoor corner?

3 in front 2 in back

closest defender to post goes to 1st attack
2nd defender goes to stick stop
3rd goes to far post ( inserter)
1st player in back goes to near post
2nd player in back goes straight out??

from my experience, having the post player as the third person, he will never get there. have him the first person to go if you want a person on the inserter

1( closest)- getting behind the goalie to the right post/person who inserts
    2(left to 1) - first runner
    3 (behind 1) - left post
4 (behind 2) - goes some steps forward on left side/line of post

    5 on the midline
