Ok there were Championship ,3/4 and relegation (I think) play offs this weekend with the second (and thrid if needed) leg this coming weekend.

    Blomendahl beat Amsterdam 3-2
    Tilburg beat Rotterdam 3-1

The final round of these matches is on the 25 may.

As for relegation/promotion results were as follows.
    18-mei: Pinoké 4 - 2 Hurley
    Laren 1 -1 Schaerweijde Winners - Lauren
    17-mei: Hurley 2 - 1 Pinoké - Pinoke
    Schaerweijde 1 - 4 Laren

So this means Lauren and Pinoke stay in the Hoofdklasse.

All the results are from - http://www.hoofdklassehockey.nl/hplayoffshk2008.html
Some great photos can be found here - http://www.hoofdklassehockey.nl/hefotos.html

And I posted this one as I think its class

Thanks Craggsy , also note that it's gonna be very tight for the ladies of Forward (Tilburg), they gonna fight in the last game against Hurley (Amsterdam) to stay in the Hoofdklasse..
I'll be at the Nurburgring this Saturday (Also a motorsportfan) for the 24hours. It is very hard to choose between al the sport events going on this weekend...

Your lucky there is nothing going on in the UK sports wise atm. Just have to do some sun bathing then lol.

Ok for Womens Hoofdklasse look - http://www.hoofdklassehockey.nl/dindex.html

Den Bosch are the champions beating amsterdam 5-4 over two legs. Like joker said the releation play off it between forward and Hurley and it seem they are going to the third play off match this weekend (24th May/Mei), though looking at the results i'm confused how forward haven't won.

Out of Curiosity is there any other websites where i can watch the rest of the playoffs?

Amsterdam Ladies win the national play offs breaking Den Bosch’s stranglehold on the title since 1992! They beat Den Bosch in the third and final play off to take the 2009 title.

In the picture (from my coverage of the semi final play offs against Laren) Rachel Walsh , left ( former Bowdon Hightown player)Marieke Mattheussens and Sophie Polkamp run towards Floortje Engels who had just saved a penalty flick after a shoot out following deadlock after extra time.

The excellent Hockey Weekly has an article ( in Dutch) about the win in this week’s edition. It also has a report about Bloemendaal’s win over Amsterdam Men’s under new coach Max Caldas who was the former coach of the Amsterdam Ladies. I was at Laren for the semi’s and there is a big album of shots from that final game on my website here http://www.johncoxon.com/poahcdames09/

There is also an album from the men’s semi-final play off between Amsterdam Mens and Orange Zwart.

That game was one of the best I have ever witnessed.
