Well you want to have a reasonable aerobic fitness level which comes from you longer running (over 20 mins) so you can last a whole game but as a keeper you need good explosive power to be able to get off the line to close down an opposing player or to get back up and back in the goals after having made a diving save so you want to do shorter sprints like 5 metre, 10 metre and 20 metre. Also you want good flexibility to help with those diving saves and what not so working on you flexibility by stretching would also help. Some more information would also be helpful like how long till you go for states what age group is it for etc. I would also highly recommend using the forums search function to search fitness training for previous topics on gk fitness.

As said have a solid base level fitness, say from running 4 km distance, plenty of interval runs (20, 40, 60 m runs), agility runs, weights, & be lean. Eat well, & drink lots of water. Plenty of skills training in the net. Anything is possible, just train hard, train often & believe.
