Good start for Grinstead as well.

The Partille fans were quite noisy last year!

Too bad for @NicfromSweden. After a good start they have just been relegated after finishing last in pool C.
The final is, as expected, between Arminen and Uhlenhorst. Considering the results from the previous matches I'd put my money on Uhlenhorst for the title.
Battle for bronze is between Amsterdam and Grinstead. Can be an interesting match. Good luck to both.

Last night's second semi-final was great entertainment.

That bronze medal match starts in 30 minutes.

Uhlenhorst are smashing everyone at the moment.

Ritual - various to suit my coaching needs!
Bearing in mind Uhlenhorst aren't currently the best team in Germany...they missed out on qualifying for the quarterfinals in Germany this season, so not even the top 8. Shows how strong indoor club competition is in Germany!

To dare to dream that England Hockey took Indoor as serious as that!

If Surbiton can keep their core squad together for next year, I reckon they'll be in with a shout. It's always tough to beat the Germans though...

Surbiton where on fire at this years indoor finals and the same EG squad they beat came an extremely respectable 4th, high hopes for next year. Although gutting for Partille!

It was a good showing from one of the weaker EG squads in recent years, they have always had good indoor players, but never in the squad at the same time. For too long we had great outfield players, but a series of weak to moderate goalie, then a great goalie, but without the likes of Ash, and others moving on, retiring etc, or being in the lower league. Even with a perfect squad I still think the Germans are too strong, and have to much flair. Surbiton should fair better than previous English teams.

Hey guys, thanks for your support this year was probably thethoughest year out of the 5 I have played in the A division. We were 2 seconds away from the semi finals when Amsterdam scored, we were also on the same Points and the same goal difference as Amsterdam and had even beat them in the Group. Also if you look at the first game of the tournament between Poznan and Uhlenhorst, the poles were actually giving the germans a great game, they and the Austrians were the closest to beat the Germans.

I think we played well in the defence but did not create enough in the attack. However I have a good feeling for next year because I think we will get some old players back in to the team which will make it possible to get back in to A.

After all I do not think anyone expected us to stay in A for 5 years when we first were promoted but we will be back.
