Only field hockey on TV that I'm aware of is on the Big Ten Network (Directv/Dish). Around the middle-end of November the womens NCAA div1 tournament is screened. Not olympic quality hockey but it's about as good as it gets here.

In Ontario, Canada, Cogeco Cable subscribers can order Setanta Sports (shows very occassional, university-ish level hockey) or ATN Cricket Plus which shows the WorldHockey Monthly Magazine.

That's all I know of. Otherwise EHL, hockeyvideo.de and couple youtube clips (incl full matches of "classics"; released by FIH).
