Try to look for exercises that improve your strength and movements with the kit. Also try to look for something it can give you a good rebound to simulate a shoot. In this way you can train some foot skills by yourself. Sometimes coach has no time for the goalie and the player so you have to create your own excersises. For example you may create a circuit to train movements and rebounds like this one:
1.- Clear a ball in the stroke point with the stick x 6 balls
2.- Touch one post and kick a ball in the oposite post x 6 balls
3.- Kick a ball towards a rebound area and then kick the ball out to the back line x 6 balls
Train it in a row and then rest for the time you are preparing the balls for the next serie (3-4 series).
