    Re: Assessment tomorrow ! (tuesday)

Johnreiss does your "certain assessor" use pet hates to fail candidates, or they just compiled into a depressing debrief; "... don't do this, never do that, the other is really bad..."?

Almost every Level 1 Candidate we see has a few areas needing work, but our assessor team tries to encourage with; "if you do it this way, you should find that works a lot better".

Edited after Craggsy just posted: Oh sorry Craggsy. Forgot the thread was about your assessment. :sorry:
Did you get a debrief, or just a "You passed" and a signature?

    mmmmm cake.

For cake waiting till october is no problem.

The assessor said only thing to pick up on is stick tackling but most of the time I saw it, however its not the easiest thing to see. He didn't really seem to have any pet hates but the people who know him say positioning is his big thing, but I was told my positioning was good, so take from that what you will.

I take from that you've got the potential to make lots of good decisions - now you just need to make lots of mistakes and gain experience. ;)

Once you get your right:wrong decision ratio to somewhere around 85:15 you'll be sailing!

Do they make the milk all snoodly in the same way that Coco Pops make it all chocolatey...?

And Keely, first rule of stalking: never ask the stalkee's permission!

I can sense another FHF word coming on...

We've had "being Keelied"... prepare to be "Snoodlied".

    Suggested definitions, please.

Yeah, in fact probably best not to go any further.
We'll leave that one right there. Family forum, and all that.
