Started a pre, pre-season fitness regime. Tuesday I performed a broad jump (standing long jump) and felt a pain across my abs. Fell on the ground, swore and then stopped. Abs hurt. Went swimming on Wednesday evening, managed eight slow to medium front crawl lengths (25m pool) and stopped again due to being able to feel the pull on my abs. Any advice on whether this sounds like an ab pull and also how to quicken recovery?
